10th & Dairy Apartments is the second phase of the development of the historic Monticello Dairy site, adjacent to the 10th and Page neighborhood in Charlottesville, Virginia. The 219,195-square-foot mid-rise, podium construction building contains 180 apartment units, a partially below-grade parking garage, and an active and robust amenity program.

Along with the Dairy Market and office addition, 10th & Dairy transforms the previously underutilized industrial site into an active space for community connection, recreation, and revitalization. The building’s massing responds to the surrounding residential context while two large, south-facing courtyards with planting and amenity areas encourage social interaction among residents and visitors.

The double-height residential entry lobby is located at the northeast corner of the building directly across from the Dairy Market office lobby entrance. The lobby and amenity spaces are organized to be connected and transparent to establish an active and welcoming residential community.
