Cunningham Quill teamed with Morris Adjmi Architects and Aria Development with HITT Contracting lead construction. Residents will have access to amenities such as a penthouse terrace with sweeping views of the Washington DC skyline, a rooftop pool, club room, gym, bike storage, automated parking system, and a café located at the street level that will serve the surrounding neighborhood and building residents. The exterior of the building is distinguished by diamond-patterned, custom precast panels.
